1% BYLAWS

"A 1% Club in GTA is a Club that defines themselves as the very small percentage of the players in the game that stick to the most balanced weapons in the game for a true competitive experience as well as not using any Cheats, Mods, Exploits or anything giving an overpowered advantage, thus maintaining a balanced battlefield and a true test of skill."

We are a 1% MC in GTA that goes by the 1% Bylaws that have been set by the MC Community. Every 1% MC has slightly different rules in specific areas, just like we do. HAMC AUSTRALIA uses a slightly modified version of the 1% Rules.

First though, why are we a 1%er club? The reason we go by the 1% Bylaws in GTA: Online is because a real MC does not use Military Content. Have you ever seen a MC Member pilot a Fighter Jet, drive an Armoured Tank / Military Vehicle? No, because they ride Bikes. Have you ever seen a MC member use a Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher (RPG), Gattling Gun (Mini-Gun) or Grenade Launcher? No, because unlike the Military, they don't have access to those types of Weapons or Vehicles (or Military Hardware / Content). The same base concept applies to multiple 1% MC's in GTA: Online.

Not only do MC's not have access to Military Hardware / Content, but in GTA, Military Hardware is over-powered.   They take no skill at all to utilise in a fight. Any person can just run around a corner and RPG-Suicide the ground, or spam Auto Shotguns & Miniguns, or constantly call in Military Vehicles in a fight. That's why many 1% MC's agreed to not use Military Hardware on each other in a fight, and to only use MC Weapons and Vehicles, which take skill to use.

Here are the 1% Bylaws:

  • When fighting other players, we only use MC Weapons such as:

  • Melee

  • Pistols

  • Submachine Gun (SMG's)

  • Pump & Sawn off Shotgun

  • Assault Rifles (AR's)

  • Molotov Cocktails

  • Since we only use MC Weapons, that means we do NOT use any Military Weapons such as:

  • RPG's

  • Homing Launchers

  • Grenade Launchers

  • Miniguns

  • Any kind of Explosive

  • Sniper Rifles (including Marksman)

  • Light Machine Guns (LMG's)

  • Automatic / Heavy Shotguns

  • Everything else that is not a MC Weapon

  • Primarily ride Choppers, Harleys or Cruisers

  • This is a MOTORCYCLE Club after all, not a Car Club. So we expect you to primarily Ride Motorcycles.

  • Since we are an MC, when fighting other players we do NOT use any Military Vehicles, such as:

  • Fighter Jets (Hydra's, Lazer's, Besra's, etc)

  • Armed Helicopters (Buzzard, Savage, Hunter, Valkyrie, Annihilator, etc)

  • Rhino Tank

  • APC

  • Oppressor

  • Insurgents (all variants)

  • Armed Weapon Vehicles (all variants).

  • Armoured / Bulletproof Vehicles (all variants)

  • Anything you can purchase through the Pegasus or Warstock Cache & Carry Websites

  • Masks, Hats & Glasses are fine to wear, but we do NOT wear ANY of the Helmets in the game due to Bulletproof Protection

  • Full-Combat Scenarios

  • The only time we will ever use Military Content / Hardware to defend ourselves in a war against other players is when the people we are fighting use it against us first. If we are using MC Weapons and they start using RPG's, Miniguns, Jets, Tanks, etc we can return fire with what they fire upon us. So if they get a Jet or Tank, we can too (if we want to). If they start spamming RPGs around corners, we can too (if we want to). We will only return fire with what we are fired upon with, we will never be the first to use Military Content / Hardware. When the war changes and people start using Military Content, so does our outfit. It is no longer an MC war, it is a Military War (aka Full-Combat Situation).

To signal we have changed tactics and are no longer using MC Weapons & Vehicles, we change out of our Club Colours to our Full-Combat Outfit, which is a:

  • Black Utility Vest

  • Black Combat Sweater

  • Black Battle Pants

  • Black Boots

  • Black Parachute

  • Black Tactical Mask

  • To respect the Death-Head we don't wear our Patch whilst in a Full-Combat War. The only way for a Full-Combat War to go back to a MC War is either for the people we are fighting to stop using Military Content, (in which case we will immediately revert back to our MC Weapons & Colours) or if they leave the lobby.

  • Play in Free-Aim Full (No Aim Assist)

  • We are a Free-Aim only MC, we do not play in Auto Aim / Assisted Aim Lobbies. In addition, we do not use Free-Aim Assisted, or any type of Lock On in GTA: Online. We only play Free-Aim (Full)

  • Free-Aim Settings can be changed either from Story Mode or the Online Creator, then going to the Pause Menu > Settings > Controls > Targetting Mode > Free-Aim.

  • We never go Passive Mode, for any reason whatsoever.

  • If you need to step away from the game and go AFK for a few minutes while fighting other Players / MC's, take yourself off the street by either going into a Mod Shop, your Apartment / Office or into a Contact Mission Lobby (Make sure Matchmaking & Client Invites are turned off). We never go Passive Mode, no exceptions.

  • If involved in an MC War, we will not stop fighting until the enemy runs away from the battle and doesn't come back, goes into Passive Mode and won't come back out or leaves the lobby. This is classified as a "Push Out". If the people we are fighting get Pushed Out, they are either calling in more backup to continue fighting or are admitting defeat and no longer wish to fight, meaning we have won the war. Only once we "Win" the War will we have the option to leave the Lobby.
